Overview
Drewlo Holdings, owner and operator of Canada’s 10th largest private real estate portfolio, committed to retrofitting its entire portfolio of over 10,000 multi-residential suites, to reduce its reliance on Ontario's electricity grid, and significantly reduce GHG emissions.
Objective
Drewlo’s ambitious goal was to revolutionize energy efficiency and set a new benchmark in dynamic energy management across its extensive 85+ building portfolio.
This entailed a comprehensive overhaul of energy and GHG performance, leveraging strategic measures such as in-depth energy audits, advanced mechanical submetering, and smart building controls to not only boost efficiency but also ensure optimal tenant comfort.
